Adult Faith Enrichment

The Adult Faith Enrichment Committee offers opportunities for parishioners to deepen their spirituality, grow in faith and increase their knowledge of religious topics and current church matters. 

The committee meets six-eight times a year to plan and provide activities such as DVD Study Series, Taizé Prayer in Advent and Lent, Book studies, “Little Book” sales in Advent and Lent, Speakers on Religious Topics, Women’s Retreats, and other events. 


All programs and meetings are listed bellow and in the bulletin. 


We welcome interested parishioners to be a part of this committee.

September 9 - Book Study with Deacon Jim - 9:30 a.m. in Room 5 of the parish Hall begins and continues for five Tuesdays



September 18 - Senior Strength Training with Laura - 11:30 a.m. in the parish hall


October 1 - Seasons of Hope Bereavement Support Group begins and continues on Wednesday mornings from 10:00-12:00 in the Education Building. A Christ-centered support program for those who have experienced the death of a loved one.


November 17 - Theology Uncorked - 7:00 p.m. in the parish hall - Speaker to be announced. Come, sip a glass of wine, chat with parishioners from the San Diego Catholic Adult Community, and listen to an engaging speaker.


November 15/16 and 22/23 - Little Blue Books for Advent will be on sale on the patio after all the Masses on these weekends. Cost $1.50.


November 20 - Fall Book Study with Kathy Keith, Debbie Higdon and Terrie Teegarden begins. Morning Session begins at 9:00 a.m.; Evening Zoom Session begins at 6:30 p.m. Study continues on December 4, 11 and 18. Book to be determined.


November 23 - Stop for cookies and conversation with Parishioners and Parish Council Members after the Sunday Masses in honor of St. Catherine Laboure our parish patroness whose feast is November 28


November 30 - First Sunday of Advent


December 3 - Advent Taizé Prayer - an evening of prayer, song, scripture, meditation and reflection in our beautiful candlelit church, 7:00 p.m.
